After you’ve submitted your online application, you need to get your card in the mail before you can legally buy medical cannabis from us. Applications usually take about 3 weeks to process, but if it’s been over a month and you haven’t received your card, please contact the state at (406) 444-0596 for a status update.
Make sure to regularly check your email for updates on your application. If your application has been rejected, please contact us to help us guide you in the re-submission process.
Once you receive your card, bring it in to one of our locations, and you’re good to go! Make sure to keep the card on you at all times, especially when visiting the shop. We may ask to see your card at any time, and medicine cannot be purchased without it.
